Your purchase and payment with Spanish-guitarist.co.uk constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order in the Buy Tabs section.

Spanish-guitarist.co.uk uses the internet standard technology of encrypted connection called SSL. This prevents information being intercepted to protect your transactions – on a secure page the lock icon in your browser’s address bar will appear in the locked position.
PayPal – with PayPal, your card details will not be provided to us, and are not stored by us.

By submitting your details to the ‘Sign up the the News Letter’, you voluntary give us your email and name to receive the News Letter. This can be ‘Unsubscribed’ to in the newsletter itself, or by contacting bobhooperguitarist@gmail.com.

Distance Selling – PDF digital downloads – as services, all sales of digital goods are final as the seller has no way to ensure that the buyer has kept and stored the installed files on their own computer.
Delivery Policy – Payment to be made prior to Download:
At the time of checkout, Spanish-guitarist.co.uk will obtain an authorisation from the credit card you have provided / your PayPal payment will be processed. Once Spanish-guitarist.co.uk receives the credit card authorisation / PayPal has processed your payment:
• You will be provided with a link to your tablature for you to click and download.
• You will also receive a link to the tab via an email. You can use the link up to 5 times, and within 120 hours.
Download Problems:
If you experience download problems, email us at bob@spanish-guitarist.co.uk so that we may help you with your order.
Usage:
You may use spanish-guitar.co.uk digital guitar tablature for personal, non-commercial use.
When purchasing digital tablature at Spanish-guitarist.co.uk you are purchasing the right to:
• download the tablature for storage on your own computer.
• print copies of the tablature unlimited times for your own use.
You do not have the right to:
• redistribute the tablature in any form or file format for commercial or any other purposes, or
• alter, edit or tamper with the tablature file content.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions:
Spanish-guitarist.co.uk reserves the right to vary these terms from time to time. If you choose not to accept these terms, do not purchase digital download from spanish-guitarist.co.uk.
